UNDER-8 MINI-BALL COMPETITION
Jump in to Warriors colours and start playing club basketball in the Under-8 Mini-Ball competition. Boys and Girls learn to play the game under modified conditions, 4v4 equals more touches and the coaches are right there on the court to assist during the game.
The Under-8 competition is played on a term-by-term basis so there’s a new season starting frequently, perfect to join at any time of the year.
U8’s play on lowered 8.5′ rims meaning more baskets, and development of correct shooting technique.
Teams play on Saturday mornings at Coomera Indoor Sports Centre (sometimes Runaway Bay or local schools if CISC has an event) and train once per week for an hour.

2024 TERM 4 MINI-BALL SEASON
For boys and girls born in 2017 & 2018.
TRIALS
2024 Term 4
All players are required to attend trials so that players can be assessed and placed in appropriate teams. Players should wear a singlet (no t-shirts, so a number can be written on their upper arm) to trials, bring their named basketball and a named drink bottle.
In order to attend trials you must be registered.

Please note: times are allocated to age groups. If required we will use the entire time slot. Parents are to remain at the venue incase of early finish. However all parents must remain upstairs.

SEASON COSTS
Online registration provides members with the option to register from the comfort of home or on the go either on a computer or mobile device.

Basketball Queensland Registration
All participants must also be currently registered with Basketball Queensland. Basketball Queensland registration is valid for 1 year from the time you pay.
Under the new BasketballConnect system, you will be asked to renew your BQ rego at the time of registering for a competition if your current rego is set to expire prior to the end of the season.
2024 Rates are: U10 Member $44.50 + Transaction Fee (includes $5 Basketball Australia Development Levy)
