Under 10-20 Junior Basketball Competition

UNDER 10-20 JUNIOR BASKETBALL COMPETITION – Registrations for Season 1, 2025 are now CLOSED!

U8 Mini-Ball Competition is played on a school term-by-term basis. Games are played on lowered 8.5 feet hoops and with only 4 players per team on court at one time. Boys and Girls competitions will be held if numbers permit, otherwise teams will be Mixed. This competition does not play finals or record a ladder. U10-U20 Competitions play a full length 8-month season, from February to September. We will then transition to a Summer season (Terms 4 & 1) and a Winter season (Terms 3 & 2)

Teams play once per week and train for 1-hour once a week also.

Junior Trials 2025

2025 Season 1

All players are required to attend trials so that players can be assessed and placed in appropriate teams. Players should wear a singlet (no t-shirts, so a number can be written on their upper arm) to trials, bring their named basketball and a named drink bottle.

Please note: times are allocated to age groups. If required we will use the entire time slot. Parents are to remain at the venue incase of early finish. However all parents must remain outside (excluding U8 parents).

Online registration provides members with the option to register from the comfort of home or on the go either on a computer or mobile device.

2025 Season 1 Fees:

Basketball Queensland Registration

All participants must also be currently registered with Basketball Queensland. Basketball Queensland registration is valid for 1 year from the time you pay.

Under the new BasketballConnect system, you will be asked to renew your BQ rego at the time of registering for a competition if your current rego is set to expire prior to the end of the season.

Coomera City Warriors Uniform

All players require a full uniform. Our uniform is a fully reversible, NBA-inspired uniform so we are always looking our best on court! Our main colour is white, but when we play another Warriors team, one team will flip their shorts and singlet over to blue.

ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A BASKETBALL AT TRAINING. WE OFFER A SMALL SUPPLY OF BALLS AT AT HEAVILY DISCOUNTED PRICES.
