Please be advised the Annual General Meeting of the Coomera City Warriors Basketball Club Inc. will be held on Sunday 20th November 2022 at 12:30 p.m. proceeding our Christmas Party at the Helensvale Aquatic Centre, Rugby Lane, Helensvale.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

DATE: Sunday 20th November 2022

TIME: 12.30 pm

VENUE: Helensvale Aquatic Centre, Rugby Lane, Helensvale

All members are hereby advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Coomera City Warriors Basketball Club Incorporated (ABN: 16765371360) will be held on Sunday 20th November 2022. All positions will be declared vacant at the meeting. Positions to be filled are: President, Secretary, Treasurer and General Committee members (This includes uniforms, assisting with presentation, fundraising, grants, sponsorship etc.) Nominations must be received by 11th November 2022.
